Lynda brings 15 years market research experience to Vista. She
has been involved in projects for a wide range of businesses
(from kiwi fruit to ethernet cables) entailing a variety of
research techniques both quantitative and qualitative. Her
background gives her in-depth knowledge into the “nuts and
bolts” of the research process including interviewing,
questionnaire design, data processing and analysis.
Lynda began
her career with Burke Marketing Research in Cincinnati as an
analyst in their advertising testing department. In San
Francisco, she worked for Landor Associates specializing in
corporate identity, naming and packaging research. While her
children were young, she ran her own business that conducted
customer satisfaction surveys for Levi Strauss as well as a
variety of qualitative and quantitative studies for local Bay
Area companies.
In Portland,
Lynda worked as a Project Manager for Market Decisions
Corporation. Here she continued to work with a variety of
clients designing research projects, analyzing data and
preparing reports and presentations.
Lynda was
born in England and spent her childhood mostly in England and
Germany before moving to the US her senior year of high school.
Lynda received her BA in International Studies and German from
Miami University in Ohio.
