Leigh Milander

Brand Strategist

Leigh is a Brand Strategist with 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing and consumer research.

Leigh's highly collaborative, team-oriented approach speaks to her past life as a Division 1 athlete at Penn State and to her diverse professional background in working with global brands like Nike and Nestle, and strong regional companies like Burgerville and Chez Marie.

Leigh began her career with positions in brand marketing and global product development at Nike, before moving on to brand redesign and Internet marketing projects at design agencies.   In the past decade, Leigh has developed extensive experience working with consumer packaged goods companies, with a specialty in the food and beverage sector. She has served as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for Burgerville and Consulting Director of Marketing for Chez Marie. She has deep packaging design expertise with Nestle, Purina, Widmer, Johnsonville and Chez Marie, to name a few. Leigh has continued her research education with training at Burke Institute, focusing on emerging research methodologies.

Today, Leigh is passionate about working with companies she believes are making the world a better place. Outside of the office, she serves on several non-profit boards and enjoys spending time with her husband, son, their two dogs and small flock of chickens...and drinking Oregon's great coffees (and Pinot Noirs).
